Description:
Handle inbound communications from Regional Sales Manager and customers, including law enforcement agencies, Public Safety Sales Centers and individual officers Make outbound follow-up calls/emails to Regional Sales Manager and customers, including law enforcement agencies, Public Safety Sales Centers and individual officers Record new and existing customer and sales order information into Oracle Respond to requests for service and assistance from customers and Regional Sales Managers in a timely manner

Experience/Skill Requirements:
Manage difficult or emotional customer situations in a professional manner Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Must react well under pressure; Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, using own initiative to identify work requirements and complete them successfully
