Description:
This position requires extensive telephone coverage, solid firearms knowledge, data entry and light administrative duties. The successful candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years customer support/call center experience; excellent word processing and computer skills and above average problem solving skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure while maintaining a high degree of credibility and integrity.
Experience/Skill Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Customer Service and solid firearms knowledge. Knowledge of the Sig Sauer product line in particular is highly desired.
Education/Training Requirements:
High School Diploma Required. College degree preferred.
