Steve Durham

Director of Human Resources

Steve Durham is Director of Human Resources of SIG SAUER®. 

Mr. Durham joined the company in April 2007.  Prior to coming to the company, Mr. Durham worked in human resources for a number of different Fortune 200 companies including Emhart Corporation.  Most recently, Mr. Durham was the Director of Human Resources at Thompson Center Arms.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Mr. Durham grew up in the Southern United States – particularly in the Carolinas.  Upon graduation from high school, he served in the US Coast Guard as a Marine Science Technician.  He was the youngest E-6 in the Coast Guard and was stationed for 3 years on board the USCG Edisto.

His education includes studies in geology from North Carolina State University and Southern New Hamsphire University.
