SIG SAUER ® Announces New South American Regional Manager
SIG SAUER® ANNOUNCES NEW SOUTH AMERICAN REGIONAL MANAGER EXETER, NH – SIG SAUER®, the leading manufacturer of law enforcement and military firearms and the recipient of numerous law enforcement and federal contracts, announces the appointment of Eduardo “Eddy” Cao as their new South American Regional Manager. Cao’s duties as the South American Regional Manager will encompass sales and marketing responsibilities with international distributors, representatives, law enforcement and government agencies. He will assess all sales channels to promote SIG SAUER’s presence in this region. Prior to Cao’s position at SIG SAUER he spent six years as Regional Sales Manager with Smith & Wesson managing Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada where his sales focus included evaluation of all distribution channels in the territory including government agencies. Before Smith & Wesson, Cao was VP of Purchasing, New Product Development and Key Accounts with Valor Corp. “Eddy has a proven track record of growing sales and delivering for his customers. We are thrilled to have his leadership for our Central and South American team,” said Pete Kujawski, Vice President of Military, Government, and International Sales. As SIG SAUER continues their global expansion as a leader in firearms manufacturing, it became apparent that a search for a high level individual with extensive knowledge in domestic and international sales was necessary. The quest for finding the best candidate was filled with the qualifications and experience that Cao possessed.
