Whether registering online or by mail, all applicants are required to provide one of the following, along with a completed registration form, whether your selected course is a firearms or non-firearms course:
A legible copy of your current, valid law enforcement credentials OR
A legible copy of a current, valid concealed carry permit OR
A legible copy of a current, valid firearms identification card OR
An original letter signed in blue ink by a Law Enforcement Officer from the applicant's jurisdiction stating that the applicant has no criminal history and is of general good character OR
A Criminal Record Release Authorization Form. Print this form, fill it out, and sign in blue ink. (NOTE: A $15.00 fee is required for each request - make checks payable to: SIG SAUER Academy)
