Promotion Terms and Conditions

Subject to completing the steps below and complying with these Terms and Conditions, customers within the eligible jurisdictions in the United States who purchase qualifying SIG SAUER product(s) during the stated “Promotion Period” and submit claims on or before the submission deadline, are eligible to receive one (1) $100 sigsauer.com webstore credit. YOU ARE INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Limit one (1) rebate per verified submission. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and offer is not open to employees of SIG SAUER. Free products will only be shipped to a valid U.S. address provided by the customer. Resale of any product or free good under this offer is prohibited. We reserve the right to deny any claim to a free good to any customer found to be reselling any product received under this offer or any other similar offer by SIG SAUER. We also reserve the right to deny any rebate claim for any customer that has or is suspected to have previously submitted a fraudulent claim for a rebate or violated any of these terms and conditions, or who is suspected of doing so in relation to the current promotion.

QUALIFYING PRODUCT: New P365 SIG SAUER handguns (excludes SIG AIR Products). Must purchase at least one (1) new qualifying firearm.

Excludes:

• The U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Individuals 20 years or younger.
• SIG SAUER Inc. dealers, distributors, and retailers are not eligible for this promotion.

To submit a rebate visit https://www.sigsauer.com/promotions to submit your proof of purchase.  Entrants must complete their entry with all required information and submit it.  If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued.  The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, stolen, misdirected, returned, non-deliverable, illegible entries, unavailable network connections or transmissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic.  All entries are the property of SIG SAUER, Inc. and no entries will be acknowledged or returned.

This promotion offer has no cash value.

SIG SAUER dealers, distributors, and retailers are not eligible for this promotion.  Products that have been returned are not eligible for redemption hereunder.  Once a rebate has been claimed under this promotion, the qualifying product may not be returned.

Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Hampshire and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
