Grip

The grip is the portion of the firearm where the shooter’s primary firing hand holds the gun securely. It is generally placed just behind the trigger and trigger guard. The term “grip” can also be used to refer to the mechanics of how a shooter holds a firearm, such as “use a firm grip.”
