  • I live in a restricted state, am I able to participate in this program?
    Customers in the following states are NOT eligible to participate in the Custom Works Concierge Service; Massachusetts, California, Washington DC.
  • I’ve submitted my Custom Works Concierge request, now what?
    You will receive an email within approximately 15 minutes with further instructions regarding your build confirmation, payment, and the other steps in the process of getting your Custom Works firearm.
  • When will I pay for my Custom Works Concierge order?
    Credit Card information is submitted on the checkout page of your Custom Works build and charged within 24 business hours of submission. Changes made after the order is submitted is not permitted.
  • How long will it take to get my Custom Works pistol?
    The estimated production time for our Custom Works build team is 4-6 weeks.
  • I own a SIG and would like to have it engraved; how do I do this?
    We do not engrave customer-owned SIG pistols through this program. Engraving is offered via the purchase of new Custom Works Concierge P320 Pistols.
  • What if I can’t find an FFL/Dealer near me in the list provided?
    A Custom Works Representative can work with you to identify an FFL within a reasonable distance of your location. Please call the Concierge line for help before submitting your order. 603-610-3000 option 7
  • I submitted a request for a Custom Works Pistol by mistake and do not want it, what do I do?

  • I made a mistake on my Custom Works engraved slide, what do I do?

  • What is the return policy if I decide I do not want my Custom Works Pistol?

  • I submitted my Concierge order but I want to change something, what do I do?
    We cannot change an order once it is booked. If you have any questions about your P320 build, please call a Custom Works Representative BEFORE placing your order and they can help
  • I’ve talked to a Custom Works Representative to confirm my order and provided payment, but I would like to change something, what do I do?
    We cannot change an order once it is booked. Please call a Custom Works Representative if you have further questions. 1-603-610-3000 option 7
  • Can I use a promo/coupon code with my Custom Works Concierge Pistol?
    No, promo/coupon codes are not applicable to the Custom Works Concierge Program.
  • How many magazines will my Custom Works Concierge Pistol come with?
    All Custom Works Concierge pistols will come with (3) three magazines of the selection you choose from the configurator.
  • What caliber can I build my P320 or P365 in?
    We are building in 9mm only.
  • Can all slides be engraved?
    No, not all slides can be engraved at this time.
  • Can I get a manual safety installed on my P320 or P365?
    No
  • What can I have engraved on my slide?
    We are only engraving text in English, and symbols that appear on a standard QWERTY keyboard. Accents, different alphabets, symbols, emojis, etc. are not being engraved at this time.
