Subject to completing the steps below and complying with these Terms and Conditions, customers residing within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding, without limitation, Puerto Rico and other US territories) who purchase qualifying SIG SAUER product(s) during the stated Promotion Period and submit claims on or before the Submission Deadline, are eligible to receive one (1) SIG SAUER BINOCULAR HARNESS (SKUS: SOZBH302 FOR ZULU6 HDX OR SOZBH303 FOR ZULU6 HDX PRO) priced at $119.99 or less. Estimated retail value of free goods is $119.99. Please allow 4 – 8 weeks for order fulfillment (Estimate only: delivery time may vary based on demand and available inventory of the promotional goods). Limit one (1) rebate per verified purchase. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and offer is not open to employees of SIG SAUER. Free products will only be shipped to a valid and qualifying U.S. address provided by the customer. Resale of any product or free good under this offer is prohibited. We reserve the right to deny any claim to a free good to any customer found to be reselling any product received under this offer or any other similar offer by SIG SAUER. We also reserve the right to deny any claim to free goods for any customer that has, or is suspected to have, previously submitted a fraudulent claim or violated any of these terms and conditions, or who is suspected of doing so in relation to the current promotion.

SIG SAUER employees, dealers, distributors, and retailers are not eligible for this promotion.  Products that have been returned are not eligible for redemption hereunder.  Once an offer has been claimed under this promotion, the qualifying product may not be returned.

Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Hampshire and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion and shall not include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and/or attorneys' fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
