Can I find out if I'll be approved without hurting my credit score?
Yes, we will first run a "soft inquiry" on your credit history, which does not affect your credit score. Only if and when you are pre-approved and accept our offer will a "hard inquiry" be run.
How long does it take to find out if I'm approved?
This can vary depending on various factors. Many applicants learn whether they are pre-approved within seconds of submitting their application information. However, some applications will require review, which can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks.
What will happen if I have a freeze on my credit profile?
If we are unable to check your credit because your profile is frozen, we will inform you that this is the case. You will then have the option to resume your application after unfreezing your profile through the credit bureau.
