Who is Lena?

Eight world titles, a fearless spirit, and a passion for empowering women—Lena Miculek is more than just a champion shooter. Whether she's hitting the range, conquering her fears, or exploring the country with her dog Letty, Lena embodies independence and resilience. Raised in a family of world-class shooters, she’s now using her experience to help women build confidence through the ROSE program.

What is ROSE?

ROSE is based on Lena’s years of experience as a competitor and in teaching women at every skill level, all over the country. Rose has been developed to be a complete system, that’s easy to understand, easy to learn, and easy to use.

The ROSE program will take you step-by-step through the process from your first time holding a pistol all the way to your first time at a range. And Rose is also a community of women, coming together to help and encourage each other. To share their stories and learn from one another.

ROSE gets you everything you need to get started, a full online training course to get you comfortable and ready for your first time at a range, and an online community to share your experiences and learn from other women just like you.
