The SIG SAUER ROMEO-X Adapter Plate for Glock MOS slides provides a mounting solution for integrating the ROMEO-X series optics with your GLOCK MOS-style firearms. Each plate is machined from high-strength steel to provide a premium mounting surface between your slide and optic. Engineered for maximum durability and retaining your dots zero, this adapter plate is designed to withstand heavy recoil and professional use, providing a seamless fit for Glock Gen 3, 4, and 5 models with slide widths between 1.0 and 1.12 inches.

Note: This adapter plate is specifically optimized for the ROMEO-X footprints. Please verify your Glock model features the M.O.S. (Modular Optic System) and meets the 1.0–1.12" slide width requirement prior to installation.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: Using the adapter plate screws supplied with your firearm, mount the ROMEO-X Adapter Plate to your firearm slide, and properly torque the screws according to your firearm manufacturer’s recommendations (NOTE: Do not use the screws that came with your ROMEO-X Optic to attach the adapter plate to the firearm. You must use the adapter plate mounting screws supplied with your firearm). Place your ROMEO-X optic onto the adapter plate, lining up the plate’s threaded optic mounting holes and recoil bosses with the matching features on the bottom of the optic. Locate the M4x0.7-8.75mm mounting screws that came with your ROMEO-X, and using a T10 Torx wrench, insert them through the optic mounting holes and thread them into the adapter plate until the screw heads touch the optic housing. Then, using an inch-pound torque wrench, tighten each screw gradually, alternating back and forth between both screws, until you reach 24 inch-pounds. It is recommended that you witness mark all mounting screws and check them occasionally to ensure they remain properly torqued.
