A: The sale of guns under the Custom Works Engraving Program is open to Service Members, Law Enforcement and other government agencies that are receiving commemorated pistols engraved for deployments, promotions, graduations, anniversaries retirements, etc. (excluding CA and MA residents).
Q: My state has special firearms restrictions. Can I participate in this program?
A: The program is not available in the states of California and Massachusetts. All applicable state and federal laws apply to the purchase of firearms under this program.
Q: Does the SIG Custom Works Engraving Program engrave guns intended for duty use?
A: Firearms intended for duty use should be acquired via SIG Sauer’s Law Enforcement or Defense Strategies divisions.
Q: Can non-standard product configurations be ordered through this program?
A: The Custom Works Engraving Program utilizes standard commercial configuration products only.
Q: Is it possible to order special or consecutive serial numbers?
A: Custom serial numbers are not available but we have a number of other ways to personalize firearms.
Q: Can I return guns that I already own to have them engraved?
A: The SIG Custom Works Engraving Program is for factory new firearms only.
