Sights

The term sights refers to the aiming device on a firearm. This is typically a catch-all term that includes scopes, red dots, and iron sights. But when referring specifically to the aiming device on a firearm, generally sights refer to “iron” or “open” sights manufactured onto or included with the firearm.
