In November 2024, SIG SAUER proudly hosted the 4th ROSE Retreat in Portsmouth, New Hampshire –– just a few miles outside of SIG’s Global Headquarters. Each ROSE Retreat brings together 30 women from all backgrounds, from all over the country for an incredible 3-day event. The women showed up fearless and ready for the trip of a lifetime.

With no shortage of bonding, new friendships, and unique experiences, the ladies flourished throughout activities like self-defense lessons and a range day with Lena Miculek and the Captain of Team SIG, Max Michel.

The ROSE New Hampshire Retreat kicked off with a factory tour, welcome reception and dinner at the SIG SAUER Headquarters in Newington, New Hampshire.

The first full day began with an incredible group breakfast followed by a range day at the SIG SAUER Experience Center with Lena, exercises with her teammate, Max Michel, and shortly after, lessons in self-defense ensued with instructors of the SIG SAUER Academy. Lena and the ladies wrapped up the evening with a fabulous dinner, bonding, and sharing stories.

Day 2 of the Retreat began with breakfast the Envio Rooftop Restaurant and a Share Session amongst the women. The second half of the day included a fashion show featuring new Rose accessories, merchandise, and apparel, followed by a vendor fair showcasing products from some of Rose’s most trusted brands and partners.

After lunch, select SIGsters attended a Pistol Disassembly Class where they learned how to take-down, clean, and reassemble, their Rose firearms. A few hours of free time allowed all the women to get together, explore Downtown Portsmouth, shop, and prepare for the famous Rose Gala.

The final evening of the New Hampshire Rose Retreat –– one of the moments everyone was waiting for –– the Rose Gala, featured a luxurious cocktail hour and decadent dinner followed by no shortage of dancing, a balloon drop, and a speech from Lena herself where she reveals the location of the next retreat. California, here we come!
