For long-range precision shooters and hunters, having a perfect sight picture and a rifle that’s lined up optimally on target is paramount. That’s why SIG SAUER developed Levelplex technology for its rifle-mounted scopes. Levelplex is an electronic system manufactured into long-range optics like the TANGO-6 that displays indicators on the reticle to show the shooter whether the rifle is tilted to the left or right along the axis of the barrel. Small variations in so-called “cant” will result in improperly aimed shots at extended distances. The Levelplex technology helps shooters know if they are on target and if their rifle is aimed true to the intended point of impact.
