Helping you understand where you are during every step of your hiring process is very important to us.

A general explanation of the steps involved in applying for a job and being hired is listed below.

THE STEPS

1. APPLICATION

Apply to open positions via the “Search & Apply” option on our website. If your qualifications meet the requirements of the position, you may be contacted by a SIG SAUER recruiter over the phone or via email.

2. INTERVIEW

Initial and/or additional interviews may be conducted in person, by phone, or via video conference. If applicable, testing/screening and licensure review will also take place.

3. OFFER/ACCEPTANCE

The selected candidate will receive a formal job offer. Once accepted, the position will be considered filled. Candidates who are not selected will be notified by phone or email. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug test and background screening.

4. ONBOARDING AND ORIENTATION

As a new hire, we’ll guide you through every step of joining the SIG SAUER team. After signing your offer letter, our onboarding specialist will assist you with completing all required new hire paperwork, as well as coordinating drug testing and background screening, where applicable. New employees will participate in SIG SAUER orientation onsite whenever possible, with remote options available when necessary.
