In April of 2024, ROSE by SIG SAUER hosted their 3rd Rose Retreat in sunny Boca Raton, Florida.

On Wednesday afternoon, the ladies arrived and were welcomed by SIG and Lena  at the luxurious Boca Raton Hotel, followed by a reception and welcome dinner with no shortage of mingling, girl-talk, and getting to know one another. Spending 3 days with 30 women you’ve never met before can be intimidating but the Rose Community has formed a strong bond, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

After a good night’s sleep, the ladies got together for a Share Session over Breakfast as they prepared for a full day at the range with Lena, an Armorer’s Class with Instructors from SIG SAUER Academy, a Virtual Range Experience, and a Tourniquet 101 Class. While the day was packed full of exhilarating plans, all 30 SIGsters hit the ground running and dominated every activity, walking away with a sense of accomplishment and confidence.

The evening included a White Night Reception with Lena and all attendees for dancing, mingling, meet and greets. Of course, the night wouldn’t be complete without fabulous cocktails and a fine dining experience. The days are memorable, and the nights are even more special with the bonds these close-knit women get to form with one another through first-time experiences.

After a night of bonding and forming friendships, the ladies geared up for Day 2. The day began with breakfast followed by self-defense basics and a must-have tea time. Rounding out the day was the famous Rose fashion show, showcasing brands that cater to the Rose Community and female shooters around the country. The final day rounded out with shopping, and an immersive Q&A session with Lena Miculek. It’s hard to pick one moment that stood out from the rest but the final evening was one for the books. A luxurious cocktail hour, appetizers, following by dinner while the dueling piano began and played throughout the evening, followed by a desserts. 

On the final morning, the women had one last breakfast and bid farewell to Lena. A sense of fulfillment and excitement for the next Retreat came over every lady who attended. Next stop – Portsmouth, New Hampshire!
