Continuing the legacy of the SIG516 G3, this new configuration pair a short-stroke piston operating system, fully ambidextrous controls, and a free-floating M-LOK handguard to deliver the reliability and performance the platform is known for.
At its core is a 3-position adjustable gas system, allowing the platform to be tuned for optimal performance across varying ammunition types and operating environments. Steel-reinforced components in high-wear areas enhance durability, while rear and side non-reciprocating charging handles provide flexible and intuitive manipulation.
Combined with an 11.5" cold hammer-forged barrel, Matchlite Duo curved trigger, and MAGPUL BSL Arm Brace, the SIG516 G3 delivers piston-driven reliability and performance in a compact, highly controllable platform built for hard use.
