1911 TACOPS CO2 AIR PISTOL (BB)

Introducing the SIG SAUER 1911 TACOPS, a CO2 powered semi-automatic BB air pistol with exceptional detail and hard-hitting performance. With full metal construction and equipped with a full blowback action, this air pistol closely mimics the feel and function of the legendary .45 cal. centerfire it replicates, making it a superb backyard plinker as well as an excellent training tool.

This 1911 features a M14 X 1 CCW threaded muzzle for attaching aftermarket muzzle devices and includes a knurled thread protector to complete that tactical look. On its frame you will find a picatinny accessory rail for attaching weapon lights or lasers, and both the front strap and mainspring housing feature checkering for enhanced grip under slippery conditions. The grip panels authentically replicate the TACOPS specific grips which are mated against a flared mag well to assist with rapid reloads. Other features include a skeletonized trigger and hammer, functional ambidextrous thumbs safeties as well as a functional grip safety.

Its full-size, drop-free magazine houses the 12g CO2 cartridge and holds 17 rounds of 4.5mm (.177cal) steel BB ammunition. The high pressure CO2 blowback mechanism adds a realistic recoil impulse to each shot, immersing you in the action and enhancing the overall shooting experience.

To achieve peak performance with this air pistol, we recommend using SIG SAUER or equivalent premium pellets with a grain weight listed below.

“Blowback” models closely mimic the operation of a semi-auto firearm. When fired, the slide or bolt recoils which generates a felt recoil impulse and, on most models, recocks the hammer which provides a more realistic trigger pull. Blowback Airsoft and Airgun models which fire BBs will often have a functional Last Round Bolt Hold Open so that the action will lock to the rear once the magazine is out of BBs. These models are very entertaining to shoot and are excellent training tools since their operation is so close to a semi-auto firearm.
